On this episode of Trackletics Live, our host Samar had the pleasure of speaking with Keinan Briggs. Coach Briggs has coached tens of thousands of athletes over his 17 years of coaching. Briggs is the former head jumps coach at Mater Dei High School 2012-2019.

Briggs is also the owner/creator of the LEAP Squad Youth Track Club and the LEAP Fest, a National Jumps only track and field showcase. Briggs competed over three years as a professional triple jumper and has been sharing his training tips and concepts over 11 years. In his tenure as a high school and club coach Briggs has developed 11 Orange County Individual Champions, 6 Individual CIF Champions, 8 CIF Runner-up finishers, 7 CA State qualifiers, 8 National qualifiers, and hundreds of athletes continuing their track and field career in college.
